Terms & Conditions for the Adventure Park

Park Policies and Safety Regulations are enforced for the safety and comfort of our guests.  Adherence to park policies is necessary for park admittance. These policies enable our guests to have a safe, fun, and family-friendly experience.

01. General Policies

Be Aware of Your Surroundings

To all guests using phone or tablet apps while in the park, for your safety as well as other guests, please be aware of your surroundings at all times and maintain a proper lookout for other patrons and attractions.

There are areas of the park where guests are not allowed to enter, so please be aware of those areas and abide by the rules of the park.

Animal Policy

Sorry, no pets allowed in the park. Only Service Animals.

Camera & Video Policy

No cameras or video devices are allowed on our rides. Professional photography or videography is not permitted without a prior reservation with our team.

Outside Food & Drink

No outside food or beverages are allowed in the Park. We do not allow glass containers, coolers, ice chests, food or beverages of any kind to be brought inside the park. 

We have a wide variety of options available at the Chill Zone Cafe. 

Birthday Cakes are allowed to be brought in only for reserved Birthday Parties.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside of the park. 

Profanity & Abusive Language

This is a family-friendly park. Profanity and abusive language are not permitted anywhere on Park grounds.

Ejection from Participation

We reserve the right to refuse admittance and/or remove guests for any safety violation or other detrimental cause.

02. Safety Rules

We’re Serious About Safety

The Adventure Park offer a variety of activities for all ages. Park Policies, including those posted in the park and on the website, are enforced for the safety of our guests. Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for failure to adhere to Park Policies and safety standards.

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions

It is recommended that persons with pre-existing medical conditions such as head, neck or back problems; and women who are pregnant not participate in or ride any attractions. Each individual should evaluate his or her ability to participate or ride any attraction.

  • Safety Rules

    Please comply with all safety rules and heed all warnings, verbal or written.
  • Exercise good judgement
  • Act in a responsible manner. If you see any unsafe activity or condition, please report it to management. 
  • Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol will refrain from participation in or on any amusement attraction/ride.
  • Illegal substances or Weapons of any kind are not permitted.
  • Shoes and Shirts are required to be worn at all times.

03. Minors & Height Restrictions

Attraction Restrictions

The Park offers a variety of activities for all ages. Height restrictions are posted for all attractions and strictly enforced.  Review height requirements for individual attractions:

  • Batting Cage Restrictions: Batters must be at least 7 years old. Only one person is permitted in a cage at a time. Rentals are NOT available during peak times, such as weekends or after 4 p.m. on Fridays. All batters under the age of 18 are required to wear a helmet in the cage while batting.
  • Kritter Kart Restrictions: Drivers must be over 36” and under 54” tall and weigh less than 90lbs.
  • Bumper Boat Restrictions: All drivers must be a minimum of 44” tall. Passengers must be at least 40“ tall. Passenger must be under 54” tall. Guest who are 54” or tall MUST be a driver. All passengers must be driven by an individual over 18 years old. Bumper boats have a capacity of 450lbs combined weight.
  • Laser Tag Restrictions: Rentals are NOT available during peak times, such as weekends or after 4 p.m. on Fridays.
  • Go Karts Restrictions: All drivers must be a minimum of 54” tall. Passenger must be at least 40” tall. Passenger must be under 54” tall. Guest who are 54” or tall MUST be a driver. All Passengers not eligible to drive themselves must be driven by an individual over 16 years old. Go Kart capacity 450lbs combined weight.

Additional restrictions may apply.

  • Children and Minors
  • Children ages 2 and under (or under 32")are free with admission of an adult.

Children under age 12 must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians are responsible for making decisions about which attractions are suitable for minors. Adventure Park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

Adults are not permitted to hold small children while riding attractions.

04. Group & Party Booking

Group and Parties Booking Policies

All Group and Party Packages have a 10-Guest Minimum requirement. Not all Guests attending the party are required to be included on the package. A deposit is required at time of reservation and is non-refundable. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice. Outside food, drink, or ice chests are not permitted with the exception of birthday cake, cupcakes, or ice cream.

  • A group with at least 10 participating individuals qualifies for a discounted group rate.
  • 48 hours advance notice is required for a group booking.
  • 7 days advance notice is required for groups of over 100 people.

Groups Payment

Group Payments: Pay with Cash and Save

At The Park we do what is called Dual Pricing. All of our prices listed, advertised, and quoted include a 3% cash discount incentive. This means all the listed prices assume payment will be paid via cash, therefore have the cash discounted price included. For transactions made by credit or debit card, the cash discount will not be applied. In such cases, a non-cash discount adjustment of 3% will be reflected in the pricing of each item on the final bill.

Final payment is due day of the event. Applicable deposits are due at the time of reservation with the final guarantees due.

The entire group must be handled by, and paid for by, one person. Only one form of payment per group is accepted. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and business checks. Please no personal checks.

Decorations

If you would like to bring additional decorations to accommodate a theme, you are more than welcome to however, we do not permit the use of confetti, silly string, stickers, or glitter in the Party Rooms or Lodge. If you would like to hang items on the walls, you must request special tape that can be used in the rooms. No other adhesives, nails, push pins, etc. are permitted to be used on the wall in the Party Rooms or Lodge.   If anything is put on the walls using anything other than our provided tape, the party will be responsible for any cost to repair any holes or damage to the wall or wall wrapping.

An excessive cleaning fee may be applied to your bill at The Park discretion upon use.
