RULES:

Parent or Adult Supervisors, It is your responsibility to explain these rules to children under your guidance:
Drivers must be at least 42” tall and be able to fully utilize seat restraining devices.
Driver maximum height is 58”
Guests unable to physically stay seated in the kart and utilize seat belt restraining system are not permitted to ride.
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol in not allowed in the track area. This includes children’s medication.
Guests with prior, existing back, neck, joint, or health problems should not ride this attraction.
Shoes and shirt are required.
No loose clothing or hats permitted.
Hair longer than shoulder length must be secure up above shoulders.

No smoking, eating, or drinking allowed in the track area.
Drivers and driver’s parents must obey all track attendant's instructions.
No bumping of other karts or track railing. No reckless driving.
Drivers must keep the seatbelt buckled and remain seated at all time. If a problem develops please raise hand for assistance.
Do not exit your kart or unbuckle your seat belt until instructed to do so by an attendant.
Press gas pedal on the right to drive and Press brake pedal on the left to fully stop the kart.
The inability to follow instructions and rules or misconduct will result in removal from the attraction by an attendant.

CAUTION: Certain rides and attractions have an inherent risk of potential injury. Lil Thunder Rookie Go Karts is an outdoor participatory activity.

Drivers are responsible for damage to property and injury to other riders. Boomers Parks is not responsible for the actions of others or injuries resulting from insect sting/bites or animal/reptile bites. Boomers is not responsible for property that is dropped or misplaced in go karts or on the track. Participate at your own risk.
